CO-CREATING GENDER EQUALITY FOR ALL

It is 2015 and women worldwide still face barriers to access basic rights, to work, to study or to become entrepreneurs and politicians. This is holding us back from huge possibilities of human development! In the past 25 years we have made major progress, but all too often women are still the face of poverty, violence and discrimination. Many studies now show the huge potential for economic growth and increased happiness, which we are all missing out on because of gender inequality. Our challenge now is to close this gap as fast as we can to start enjoying the benefits of equality for men, women and children. For that to happen we have to continue raising awareness and get both men and women involved to create societies in which everyone has access to the same opportunities to fulfill their potential. We invite you to our next Peace Innovation Lab where we will co- create solutions to speed up the process to a more egalitarian society. To make sure we have a balanced and enjoyable discussion we would like you to invite a friend of the opposite sex to join us! Please send this link to your friend and make sure s/he comes!
